Pasco Office: Immunizations are given by appointment in our Pasco office on Tuesday and Thursday afternoon. Walk-in appointments are taken 8:30-11 & 1-3, based on availability. We are located at 412 W. Clark in Pasco. (Click here for driving directions)
Step 1: Have the following information ready:
ü Date of Birth
ü Phone number
ü Name of Insurance Carrier
ü Type of immunizations needed (if known)
Step 2: Call 509-460-4200 to make your appointment.
Step 3: Prior to your appointment.
Complete and print appropriate Screening Form
Adult Screening form (English)
Minor Child Letter of Authorization* (if applicable)forms for each patient (English)
Step 4: Arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment to complete the Registration Process. Bring the following items:
· Completed Registration, Screening, and Letter of Authorization* forms for each Family Member
· Immunization Records
· Insurance Card
*Any minor (0-17yrs) being accompanied by a family relative or friend will require a letter of authorization from parent or legal guardian (See Letter of Authorization Form).
No one will be denied childhood immunizations because of an inability to pay

We also offer education to interested community groups such as businesses, schools, private physicians, and service organizations for more information Contact us. Children heading back to school need to have required immunizations completed soon. But parents may not be aware that adolescents and adults need periodic immunizations too.
Benton-Franklin Health Department offers low cost immunizations for those unable to afford immunizations at private physicians. No one is denied vaccinations due to the inability to pay. Please call Benton-Franklin District Health Department with your immunization questions. (509) 460 4200.
Additional Health Department Immunization Services
The Health Department staff does an annual review of all school and Certified Daycare immunization records. Each child's immunization record is reviewed. All students who are not up-to date receive information on how to obtain the needed immunizations. This program insures that all of our children are protected from communicable diseases, and that the schools of Benton and Franklin Counties are in compliance with state law.
